Remember Your Worth

This blog was originally started for me to lose some weight and find myself. Yep exactly what the title says. What I’ve learned in just a year far exceeds my wildest expectations. What you will learn about me is I’m always moving ahead.


I want you to follow my blog is you want to find out who you are. You will find weight loss tips that I’ve been using over the past year to drop some weight. You will also find out how I deal with depression and anxiety, how I navigate my daily challenges, and how I continue to keep pushing forward.

Is this a digital diary? I’m not really sure. What I have decided is I’m going to try to help at least one person on this journey, and this is just one way I’m going to do that. I’m not going to put myself in a box and limit what I’m going to explore going forward. I’m not going to try to turn myself into something I’m not. I like to read, garden, crochet, travel, write, scrapbook, create stuff with my Cricut, hang out with my family, and a litany of other things. Previously I tried to narrow that down to have a steam lined blog and I believe that did help many people connect with the message I was trying to get across. None of us are one dimensional.

If you follow this blog I want you to be better than you were the day before. I want you to know that You Are Enough! I want you to learn to love yourself not as you wish you were, but as you are right now. Remember God don’t make mistakes. I sometimes think he confuses me with someone else, but naw it’s me he’s trying to teach some lessons too. Guess what? I’m finally listening.
